Their fees are never ending, sold a place for $105,000 and realized $93,432 that's $11,568 in total fees. They have a fee for everything, one that got to me was about $800 to store (public) records in their cloud for 5 years, go figure. I can access them for free.
It seems everything they do has a $499., charge with no explanation, on top of their regular fees. Rentals and sales. Their fees are higher than anyone else I have talked to in the Pompano area. They put themselves out there as Wynmoor village real estate, but they no longer have an office on the property. None of their paperwork is dated, and they let my sister forge my mothers name and initials on documents that were never explained to my mom who is perfectly coherent and has all her faculties and wits about her.
