If I could give no stars I would. Please be aware that the pay scale at this facility is below poverty level in all positions except those that require a license. Even the CNA pay rate is below poverty level and raises are non existent. You have been warned
They will say all the right things, then after they will decline you as a patient without contacting you so you are waiting all week wondering if they are going to show up.
My mother in law recently was referred to Signature Home Health by her primary care doctor Dr. Williams who told us this was her preferred provider for home health. While we were in the office seeing Dr. Williams, she called her contact at Signature and told her about our mom. After the doctor hung up, she assured us that we would be taken care of. I can’t say enough about how great this agency has been to my mom who was recently discharged from Signature at College Park for rehab. The social worker at rehab contacted Lara from Signature HomeNow and requested home health services and that same day Lara came to my mothers room to introduce herself, make sure we had her cell phone number and to explain what would happen after discharge. We’ve been referred to this agency twice by our primary care Dr. Robert Haddad who highly recommended we use Signature HomeNow specifically his contact Lara who he said would definitely take care of us. Within minutes of leaving the doctors office we received a call from Lara who was very knowledgeable and the next day we had our first visit from a nurse Tim who was also professional.
