The only good thing was Miriam she was really nice. This is a terrible please to put an animal. I would not recommend it at all.
My dad has been there for 2 days and they are very understaffed.. food is awful.. It is one of the worse rehab homes I have ever had any contact with.. but yet this is where the hospital sent him.. The staff speaks very hard to understand English..I do not feel like my dad is getting the care he deserves..It takes forever to get someone to answer the call button.. I will be so glad when he can go home..and so will he..
DO NOT put yourself or a loved one here. They are horribly understaffed, and the level of care is nonexistent. My relative is in worse shape now that when he arrived about 6 weeks ago.
I had a loved one at this facility and I have to say it was a great experience. The staff was always very caring and nice, the facility was always clean, everyone was well organized and happy to help me in any way possible. I would definitely recommend this facility!!! Thank you guys for everything you did to help our family!
