Terrible. Zero follow up. They lied about giving my dad a UTI test for five days. They lied about doing a second Covid test never did it. Nobody returns any emails or phone calls. Spoke with the director who said she would handle this personally after all the mess ups. Never heard from her for over a week. Then very little response or accountability. Avoid this place if you can. Also no personal hygiene. He has not been shaved the entire time he has been there.

RecommendedGreat caregivers, very attentive to patients, wonderful activities, therapists care about patients needs. Highly reccomend!
short staff,kitchen always forgets to bring the food that the Dr has order we have to go and get it. the nurse are great. sometimes the cna ate short with family members and pts but alot of that is understaff. parking is so bad need more parking for family members
I WOULD NOT Recommend this facility. My sister has been there for rehalibation for 8 weeks. They are clearly unstaffed. They are unprofessional. Flowers delivered to her the next day are missing with claim from staff that they were broken & thrown out. She was given another patient's meds and had to be taken back to hospital. There is no communication or updates between staff.
