It's probably atypical to say you love your dentist and their staff, but I love my dentist and staff. Appointments are typically right on time and totally pleasant, and I believe my teeth would be worse off without my lucking into finding Dr. Ruxandra several years ago. With other dentists I've had I'd probably still be avoiding consistent appointments because they were nooooo Ruxandra (shout out to Jessica too)
Dr. Costescu took time to make sure my teeth were healthy and clean during my general dentist appointment. I liked that she did not try to sell unnecessary things (I’m from San Francisco and some of the dentists I have always try to sell what I don’t need. I’m only here for my general cleaning appointment). She did not rush through the appointment as well so it was a better experience than other dentists I’ve been to in the past.
Beyond the dental care came incorrect billing and overcharging. This dental office never properly considered what they could charge as a MetLife dental plan provider. The insurer made an overpayment which they tried to recoup on numerous occasions. When this dental office refused to return the funds that they were never entitled to, the insurer withheld the same amount from another valid claim to another dentist which I was ultimately responsible for. An amazing facility, the dr was super nice and caring. Definitely just got my dentist in LA. I moved here 2 years ago and finally found a great one.
Very good experience- I felt comfortable and confident in her abilities as well as staff. Clear info provided which I am grateful for and appreciate!
