Friendly greeting when I entered. Immediately a friendly dental assistant came out and escorted me to the work area- no waiting. She was competent and reassuring. Dr. Cooper came in (he was friendly too!) and started the process for a new crown. Zero discomfort throughout. Two hours after arriving, I paid the bill, which was very reasonable and walked out with a crown that fits perfectly and feels great. Dr. Cooper is meticulous and works with ease. As usual, Tammy is very gentle, thorough, and pleasant to chat with. She offered me a free lazer treatment for sensitivity. Dr. Cooper is also very gentle and thorough. The whole experience is pleasant.
The staff is very Professional and Friendly. They make you feel welcome and have a calm atmosphere.

Visited Cooper dental and as always friendly staff and clean place. Short wait got right in!
Arrived at 10:00 A.M. for my appointment and just in time to greet Dr. Cooper before he skedadled of to a graduation. No problem. Jenny and Tammy had everything under control in spite working short handed. Appointment went well; no apparent problems with my teeth but Dr. Cooper will confirm after he returns and examines X-rays. Small but capable staff was very personable and congenial while maintaining a high degree of professionalism.
It was my first visit with Dr. Cooper and I was very Inpressed from the receptionist to the hygenist to Dr. Cooper.
