Everyone from the receptionist to my hygienist Tammy to Dr. Cooper are so friendly. It shouldn’t be enjoyable going to the dentist, but they truly make it a great experience. Keep up the good work.
Dr. Cooper and his team provide his patients with a safe and professional environment. Their focus on insuring the comfort, respect and dignity of each patient is evident from the moment you walk through the door. During my visit they demonstrated a deep desire to provide me with the best care possible.
Even though I highly dislike going to the dentist, they always make me feel welcomed and make it as painless and comfortable as possible. I keep coming back so that's good. :)
I just found the most professional, caring dental clinic in Sheboygan county right here in the city of Sheboygan! I was immediately welcomed by a very friendly receptionist who put me at ease, greeted by a friendly dental asst., who escorted me to the exam room, got me prepped for my dental exam, and introduced me to Dr. Cooper. Tammy does an excellent job. She is thorough. She is also very pleasant.
Very good staff , with great explanation of procedure needed. Loved being able to get a crown in just a few hours. Very little discomfort. Compassion for the worried patient.
