Unfortunately for me, I was in two separate fender benders within 3-4 months of each other. Crash Champions took care of my vehicle for both of the accidents and I could not have asked for a better experience. My vehicle is also a higher-end car manufacturer and roadblocks were definitely hit along the way with my car's computer system not being able to be accessed without dealership involvement. Amazing experience, and a better follow up. Few months had passed since having my car repaired with them. I had noticed some road noise and that my driver side window wasn't aligned. Brought it in, and they took care of it right then and there after calling the same day. Phenomenal costumer care.

Back again (3rd time), I’m hesitant to even take my new issue to them. First fix was 14k, drove for 2 months and had a fuel line leak from a rat. Waiting one month little communication for the fix. After getting the car back a new issue has come up. Don’t go here.
