This was the second time insurance sent me to this “repair shop” after being involved in an accident. The first time I was told 2 weeks when I dropped it off. I finally got my car back after 8 weeks, and when I did, they had broken a side mirror. The part, being that the car was brand new, was on back order. Sent here by the insurance company the party who hit me. They did not paint match the first round, they also caused further damage to my hood that they weren't even supposed to repair, broke a head lamp, and I have something in my tire (they won't take responsibility for). All of which they tried to deny and be rude to me about. I had 3 men belittle me, telling me I was wrong, and not wanting to fix their own issues.
