The sales associate was lovely, calm and complimentary to my mom. It was such a good experience that I booked an appointment as well.
I am writing this review for Olga!! If you are thinking of this salon for a wedding dress, please request her. She was FANTASTIC and had a very systematic way of narrowing down dresses for what you like and don’t like. She will 100% make sure you get the most out of your appointment time.
Khaki did an amazing job! She has a lot of heart and knowledge for this line of work and her previous expereince gave her that one up I didn't know I needed. I would highly recommend her to any and everyone. Tho i only worked with Khaki, everyone there at the store was so kind and worked well together as a team. Signature Bridal is a very clean and open place, where you don't feel overwhelmed with how many amazing dresses they have. Very well oil machine with heart.
I would give this place 6/5 stars if I could! To start, the store is immaculate. The rooms are comfortable, well lit, and make you truly feel like you have the whole place to yourself. Secondly, the dress selection is diverse, stunning, and very well laid out so that you understand where to stick to when looking. Lastly, I worked with Emily and I felt so seen and heard. Olga was absolutely amazing to work with, both professionally and personally! We came in the first time before visiting a few other bridal salons and she was the best person we worked with by a long shot. She helped point out all the things to look for in a dress and things to watch out for which was super helpful. She knows dresses better than anyone and we ended up going back to try on with her and bought my wedding dress!
