Signature bridal was my very first bridal shop I had been to for trying on wedding dresses. From the moment I got into my appointment with Jaelyn, I felt extremely comfortable and heard. They had a massive selection of dresses. She worked very hard to make sure I was trying on dresses that fit the description of what I was looking for. She worked amazing with my family who was there, and always made sure my thoughts and opinions were heard and the main priority. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here, and specifically about Olga. I called just 2 hours before with an appointment request, and they still managed to squeeze me in, which already told me a lot about how this shop operates. I cannot rave enough about my experience. While I'm sure every person on staff is lovely, I got to work with Krista and I feel so lucky. I had my very first bridal gown appointment on the Bestow side, mostly to get an idea of what I liked and didn't like. Then I went to several other salons before ending up at the Signature side. I am a professional seamstress for over 50 & alter nothing but bridal gowns. I have worked on over 100 Signature gowns over the years, but never visited the store as it is an hour away. Today, I visited Signature/Bestow for the first time...I was blown away. I have visited MANY bridal salons over the years and Signature is by far the most impressive bridal salon I have ever seen.
