Vanessa, who claimed to be “only a front desk girl”, was absolutely fantastic at stepping in and helping my bride to be find her wedding dress. From her customer service to helping with the fitting and measurements the experience was incredibly professional and informed on what Morgan was looking for.

I had a very bad experience today with Signature Bridal. I recently purchased my dress back in August from their sister store Bestow Bridal and had a great experience. I went in today to pick up my Veil and from the minute I walked in felt a bad vibe and both clerks at the front desk kept giving me awkward looks.
