Went to dealer and met with sales person and drove car. I liked the car and Alex ran my credit and I was turned down and told he would run it at another place on Monday ( this began on the 24th of Feb.) I repeatedly called for answer then he starts texting me. He had some issues he had to take care of and tells me not to give up hope yet. I texted him like 10 more times and called etc.. Last time I spoke to him he tells me he will stay late to do my deal and call me in the morning and that he does not mind doing that for me.... read more

James, this was during the busiest time of the year for a car dealer. During that week I was doing 5-10 cash sales a day plus processing 4-5 applications per day. Sorry for a late response, however I absolutely have to help the person in front of me vs. someone asking for a loan approval over the phone. Especially during the time of year when everyone receives their tax returns. I'm sorry but this review was unnecessary. Thanks.
