They replied 4 days later. When I went to see the van, they were inattentive. The sales person was uncertain as to whether the car was on lot or in shop. When the shop confirmed they did not have, they realized it was in 'the back lot' down the block. I was told it may not start, so they had to take a battery jumper. When I asked questions, the sales person told me he didn't know....to go back in to ask other salesman. We left after that.
