Not really sure what this company does. They say they are a security company. My apartment complex pays them to provide "security". Every time I have called, there has no been no answer and no call backs. I guess this is the new America. Taking advantage of others to get financial gain. Pathetic people.

I was at Shadow Lake Towne Center today with my mother and she had fallen across the street from Copps Pizza. The signal 88 driver saw her fall and drove off but it doesn't stop there. We thought the driver was coming to help through a different parking lot instead they sat in the vehicle and watched as other by standards helped instead. I want to make a formal complaint yet the company will not answer my phone calls. She is now in the hospital getting scans

I have tried to call signals dispatch, phone number to have security services come to our building, but they don’t answer the phone. What’s the point of having security guards if they don’t even answer the phone when you need help.

They seem to hire anyone, their “security guards” photograph, harass and follow people around repeatedly.
