!!! MOLD !!! Advertised as climate control but isn’t. I lost 95% of my belonging including family heirlooms and photos that can be replace due to mold and some water damage. There was standing water in the next hallway over coming out of occupied units! Their insurance doesn’t cover anything and I’m out thousands for my ruined property, having to replace my belongings as well as wasted money on renting the unit. Steer clear!!
This is not a climate controlled storage unit like they claim it is.
They are charging for climate control, which it used to be, but now it isn't climate controlled. They never notified their customers about this proactively. To me, this is a sign of a sleazy outfit and I'll be moving my things from there as soon as possible.
For the last month this facility has been without air conditioning and we have been told they will not fix it until the new building is complete. This is unfortunate and those of us with sensitive items in our units such as pictures, have been forced to evacuate these items from our unit. The person at the facility said they would open all doors and have fans blowing (which BTW makes the building no longer locked and secure, but it's also a fire code violation to have the fire doors propped open).
