Salman Malik is the director of SIGMA home health, very unprofessional. Every time I call, there are screaming kids in the background and hangs up before I could speak. He demanded we pay out of pocket, which we did for the home health services for my mom even though he is contracted through Medicare. He did not provide a receipt with billing codes. He refused to submit the claims to Medicare. He has been ignoring emails and calls to get this corrected. Stay away from this shady business! Malik, refund me my $160!
