Sigler is amazing and has gained a customer for life. I had a different, highly rated company out to help us with our down ac. They somewhat fixed our issue after rewiring our unit but claimed it would fail soon and we needed a whole new system. On a recommendation, I called and spoke with Sigler and they were on their way the same morning. Their tech knew all about our specific unit and how to fix the issue. Sigler Heat & Air was great to work with. Fast service, great price for service. My tech, Logan was very knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. He did a deep cleaning on a Friedrich mini-split system. The cleaning kit didn't fit the inside head, so Logan used trash bags taped to the head, to collect the water. He used a mini power washer with water, and completely cleaned the unit. After that, he checked the leaking valve on the outside unit, fixed it, and added freon. Sigler is hands down the beat HVAC company i have ever used. From the first contact through project completion these folks were as “straight up” as anyone can be. They looked at my case and explained everything with honest detail enabling me to make a well informed choice about what to do with my system.
