From front dest to the doctor, they are simply amazing. It was my first time here and this will not be my last. Dr. Jeremy Liang is hands-on, polite, attentive to details and caring. I was talked through every process and that made me comfortable. Good work Sight MD New Rochelle.
Dr. Cohen is a great guy: professional and friendly. The staff are all professional and friendly. The environment is well set up. Appointments are spaced out so no crowds and long waiting before you get attention. It's a great place!
Dr.Cohen worked quickly to diagnose me and took great care to get me with a retina specialist immediately. Everyone at the office was friendly and helpful too. Thank you to Dr. Cohen, the ophthalmology team and their expertise. Much appreciated!
I wasn’t impressed…at all. However, the young lady at the front desk was very welcoming (I believe her name is Aliyah). The person who called me in the back (Joselyn, spelling?) not very polite at all. Barely made eye contact with me and got a little rude when I asked for clarification on information she gave me. Dr. Cohen was okay; however the first 10 of the 17 minute visit was spent with him debriefing something that happened with the person who came in assisting him. I have been under the care of Dr Scharf who is now retiring. I will miss him as he always pays very close attention to the details of my eye care. I know Dr Cohen will do the same. Thankyou Sight MD.
