Went on Monday (10/12) and they were an hour late - i had another appointment so i went. Came back wednesday 10/14 - it was fine for the most part. At the end, i had my mask covering my mouth but not my nose (whcih ONLY affects me). It didnt bother ANYBODY until i got to the girl at the front who asked me to cover my nose so i can GIVE THEM MONEY and buy my glasses. The viral load is what comes out of your MOUTH, not your NOSE! As a new patient to this office on 09/22/2020 I was very happy with the doctor I saw but I was highly disappointed in the way your front office employee was unwilling to help me order my contacts through my insurance company. I felt as though I was a burden to her, and she didn't want to look into the details of my plan. So, I explained that the place I had been going to never had a problem ordering my lenses and it was a $25 copay for a years worth of contacts. Upset with the glasses I purchased and despite going back to resolve my unhappiness they were unwilling to do anything. Expensive purchase and I wont make that mistake again.
RecommendedMy last optometrist I'd been seeing for years retired, found sight 2 see and am so glad I did! Eye appt today and staff very friendly, very helpful and Doctor Bellflower was exceptional! I recommend this place and give it 5 stars and beyond! Thank you Sight 2 See!!!!!
