Worst place to live after living there for 8 years we left 2 years ago and they still charging the water and power also neighbors steal your parking lot and manager support the people who takes your parking , elevator always broken always laundry also sometimes . Very loudly place to live nothing like the last manager Jose RIP . Don’t live there at all it’s not worth it . Specially when manager believe more in people who steal your personal parking lot so sad .
Be very careful. I work in property management. We moved out a couple of months ago because of their shady practices. Firstly, they cannot keep a decent or honest property manager. They say one thing and do another, so make sure everything is written. Secondly, the elevator was broken for over a year!! All the disabled people had to take the stairs.
