Nice residents, unprofessional management company – The management company is unprofessional on just about every level and is way understaffed, led by rude office administrator who takes weeks on requests and mean little owner man. He reminds me of Napoleon all fluffed up in self-importance. To describe him as a narcissist is fairly accurate. Introduce yourself to him before you sign a lease if you doubt my assessment.
