we have stayed twice at the sierra suites and coming from england we had the most warmest of welcomes,we enjoyed it in 2014 when we went to tombstone helldorado,however this time was even better in october 2016 the staff were brilliant and they even did breakfast and dinner for us ,stay here you won't be disapointed,thanks to glen n woody,fran,tiffany and a special thanks to dena the cook who like the others took great care of us thanks again ian,brent and steve
Clean and well-maintained, friendly and helpful staff. Love the pool, hottub. Breakfast was great and Dena kept it well-stocked. Thi s was my third visit and will definitely return.
First time staying here and it was amazing. The staff was friendly, helpful and the when they tell you the breakfast is delicious it is.
If I was rating just the staff and cleanliness of the room, five stars. Having said that, we arrived at the "Breakfast" an hour prior to ending time---no food. Room was exceptionally clean but, reeked of sewage. They are fixing that. Manager came up for the sniff test and brought a plug-in room de-stinker. That helped tremendously. TV service was exceptional. Will definitely stay again.
One of the many reasons I stay at the Sierra Suites are the wonderful staff there. Friendly and always willing to assist you. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is just wonderful. Dena, the morning person, does a wonderful job making sure the food is always hot and ready. I recommend the Sierra Suites if you are in the Sierra Vista area.
When u do side jobs for them , they don't pay u , hotel needs a lot of fixing up to do to make customer feel that their money is worth staying there!
If you ever need a place to stay in the Sierra Vista area, Adda and I highly recommend the Sierra Suites. We love the layout of the place, the rooms, and the breakfast buffet.
