There was 4 of us. Our suite I reserved was given away. Not very wheelchair friendly. Disappointed

My husband and I were on our way to spend 4 days there to see our son at the army base. Due to the cyclone “bomb” and then the grounding of the 737 max 8, we were unable to reschedule before he is transferred to Ft. Carson. We worked with Beverly and Nancy to figure out a charge that occurred on my credit card when I booked on the website. They did everything they could and more. Because of the customer service and their desire to help us out, we will find our way there soon! Thank you again Beverly!

Do not stay here!! Terrible customer service!! They tell me I will absolutely not be charged for room when I cancelled the morning of the stay and then they still charged my credit card. Bad way to run a business!
Hotel súper bien, excelente sus cuartos muy cómodos y bonitos e impecables , muy buen desayuno, atentos . Muy bonito lugar . Lo recomiendo ampliamente .
I want expecting much from the outside but the inside is clean and very nice. Pool and hot tub area is very nice. The service staff was absolutely kind and helpful highlighted by Nancy at the front desk.
Nancy at the front desk is AMAZING!! we've been traveling over a week, this is our 4th hotel in 8 days and Nancy is the first one we've encountered with a genuine smile and a fantastic, helpful attitude. She was so refreshing.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Tried to book a banquet hall/room for a 60th Birthday party. The manager in charge of this was very unprofessional. Couldn't remember our meeting times. Gave us a verbal and written quote. We agreed to it, she never sent us the agreement, then changed the price and said " quotes expire"....what??? Milk expires, not quotes.� We have all our correspondences with her. She was in the wrong and refuses to make it right.
