I have been renting for the past 8 years in USA and Sierra pointe is by far the best place I have stayed in. Along with the other things mentioned by other people like fast internet, excellent customer service and amenities, I also like the high rise ceiling which I don't think a lot of rental places can offer.. It just makes the place look bigger and you don't feel cramped for space.. A big thumbs up for the people in office.. Everything is great..
I am a big fan of Sierra Pointe. The amenities and, even more so, the very friendly and helpful staff make it a great place to call home, and I am glad to find a place to rent that welcomes dogs.
Just moved back to Iowa after living in Chicago for 10 years and I have never felt more at home than at Sierra Pointe. The Staff are all wonderful, the amenities are killer and the apartments are so beautiful and spacious! Its all in the details and Sierra Pointe has all of them down to the very last one. Thanks for making this a home for us Sierra Pointe!!!! B
We could not ask for an apartment home that meets all of our needs. Spacious, quiet, well maintained, professional management, pet friendly but we appreciate the fact that residents are responsible for picking up after their pets and honor the "on-leash" requirements. Beautiful salt water pool, underground parking an dork out facility. What more could you ask! MT & RW

Sierra Pointe Apartments are a really great place to live with a great staff. The apartments are very modern that feel like home with a cozy feel. My fiancé and I always say that it doesn't feel like an apartment it feels like a hotel, which we both love and who doesn't love being in a hotel. It's a like home away from home. Our puppy also loves it with the pet spa and it makes her smell like a blueberry every time I wash her. It's a very nice environment to be in.
