The best apartment living around!
Recommendedi have lived here for about 5 months now and absolutely love it! very friendly staff and a lot of desirable amenities, especially the dog park!

RecommendedWe moved to this complex in late October. The amenities won us over. Everything we need is inside such as mail and fitness room. We don't even have to walk outside with trash thanks to the trash chutes on each floor. Did I mention an elevator and underground heated parking? The management team is fabulous. They work hard making this a community, not just an apartment. Large kitchen, lots of storage, and so much more, make this the perfect place to live for all ages!

While searching for apartments to move into the area, had some really poor experiences. But, Sierra Pointe's leasing office was very accommodating, professional, and thorough. I'm very excited to be moving into this community, even the other tenants were nice and welcoming.
I had a 1 year lease with Sierra Pointe and absolutely loved living here. Jen, Kristin & Mike are the dream team to work with! There are so many horror stories with apartment management being awful— they couldn’t be farther from that. They are very attentive and reliable, with any maintenance issue or question that you have. The building is kept very clean and well maintained. If I still lived in Iowa, I definitely would have renewed my lease with Sierra Pointe. Highly recommend!
