They are beautiful apartments, but I've never lived anywhere that raised the rent so much or so fast. I think that's why the turnover rate is so high. I believe the cleaning and maintenance staff are over worked. There are nearly as many people working in the office as taking care of the apartments.
Good location but they need to separate the smokers and non-smokers, I hate smelling smoke when I open a window.
Huge apartments for the price. Some of the Nicest apartments we have seen in this whole area. Pool is always well kept and the office is a very nice place to go relax. Office staff is amazing, Jessica, Monica are always polite and super sweet to our two year old. Tho they would not be able to be as amazing as they are without there awesome boss. The downsides, Too few furniture at the pool area. Often have to sit on the hot concrete due to lack of furniture. And my two year olds biggest complaint is when they run out of hot ... read more
