I went to Sierra Oaks because I wanted to relocate to the Turlock area from the Bay Area.The leasing team was so helpful, Ana, the leasing agent was amazing. Ana took me on a property tour and I was pleasantly surprised with curb appeal. Cris was super friendly and very informative on the shopping centers nearby! Monica the manager was fantastic, she was super patient with my 20 questions. Best apartment complex and location in Turlock !
I’ve lived in Sierra oaks since 2012. I really enjoy the accommodation and amenities. The rent is conducive to the market which is understandable. I strongly recommend giving them a try.
I’ve lived at Sierra Oaks for over 3 years and have had a great experience. Other than the constant rental increases, we have no complaints. Our apartment is very spacious, the area is conveniently located, and the maintenance and office staff are awesome! Monica was the one to help us when we first came looking for an apartment. She is very friendly and always goes above and beyond to make sure our needs are met. I highly recommend these apartments!
Sierra Oaks is by far the best apartments in the Turlock area, Cris from the leasing office is extremely helpful and always gives the best customer service making me feel welcome and at home.
Best apartments in Turlock, very comfortable & safe. Ana Valdovinos from the leasing office is very helpful & always does her best to help me out. I always go to her if I have any questions. I really recommend these apartments, go check them out.
Very safe apartment neighborhood. BUT lazy staff, incompetent maintenance employees that are on their cellphones and constantly driving around doing nothing. If your going to move out do a final walk through with the manager or they will claim bogus cleaning hours, painting charges, and any possible fees to keep your deposit. Sierra oaks is a very beautiful place to stay at remains me of staying in a home :) ♡ would love to stay but the rent can't afford anymore because of my fixed income , and now the place is starting to attract a lot people who like to bend the rules , like walking the dogs off leach and not pick up after them, but that's life I guess people are going to try it and get away with it , other than that the office people really really nice people who work in a place , thanks Monica for all your help and a beautiful stay. :)
