Find somewhere else to go. We waited over 2 hours to get an X-ray that lasted 5 minutes. The technicians and receptionists took their wonderful lunches, without letting patrons knowing they could leave and eat themselves... no communication and no one telling us how long it’ll be until we are seen. Will NEVER go there again.
I had an MRI scheduled two weeks prior to my appointment. . They waited 11 days to reach out to insurance on a Friday and call me on Monday to try and blame my insurance for not getting back to them saying they may have to cancel. I called Cigna to see what the hold up was and then was able to get the timeframe. I’ve never dealt with an office that is so uncaring and try’s to shift the blame to insurance. Very unorganized. Need better processing procedures!! No communication and tells you just take a seat. 1 hour and nothing yet!! I heard her tell an elderly woman they are the only imaging place that takes walk in. � SMH!!
The receptionist checked me in quickly and the medical staff assisted me with larger clothing when I asked and they were very nice to me...when I had difficulty getting into the machine
Every time I step in to Sierra imaging I feel welcomed and the staff Is friendly. I have no bad thoughts or experiences that come to my mind. And I've been coming here for x rays since I was younger
