Staff had a attitude problem! Plus he starting shooting the wrong shoulder. I had to ask him after I was in what shoulder are you shooting he said right. I said no it is the left. Had to pull me out and start over😱😱 Didn’t even have courtesy to say I am sorry or when done show me how to get out of there. His comment was you almost got a right one free😱
RecommendedStaff was friendly, just the wait when I was there was too long. I sat in the waiting for an hour and the x-ray only took about 5 minutes

So kind, helpful and patient. The staff is knowledgeable and runs on time. I needed a CT scan and was nervous because of my claustrophobia issues. Very understanding and encouraging. Beautiful facility. Definitely recommend Sierra imaging😊
The staff was very friendly and helpful but the wait time was ridiculous! My appt. was at 1:45 PM I did not get called in for the CT scan until 3:45 PM....it was like a 5 minute scan but had to wait for 2 hours...I had to go up to the desk and ask one of the ladies if they forgot me because I did notice that people who had come after me were being called in....the nice lady said that she would check and finally my name was called but after a 2 hour wait! The staff is very personable! Debbie was excellent and gentle for X-ray! Highly recommend this facility! Walk -ins on Monday and Friday! Very short wait!
The MRI tec was very nice he answered all my questions and the young lady who helped with the MRI was also very nice she made sure I was comfortable threw out the procedure.I would recommend Sierra Imaging to every one.
