RecommendedFront Office Staff lacked personality and friendliness. The back office team that helped me through the process were delightful, quick and respectful. Front office made me feel a little like I inconvenienced them for coming in on time to a scheduled appointment. Didn’t acknowledge me, and I stood there for 5 minutes or more holding the paperwork in arms reach of the gal at the terminal and she then said you can just set that down. I really hope I never have to return here!! Came in for an X-ray less than a month ago, waited two hours, found out they were short a tech but didn’t mention that on check in, so I would have had the opportunity to return another day! No apologies from any of the staff!! Today had a scheduled MRI and waited almost an hour! What is the purpose of making appointments if you are not going to keep them!!! Would give a 0 if I could!!!
Liz helped me out to get approval for my MRI that my doctor in LA requested at the last minute and she was so sweet. The staff there is amazing and incredibly nice, friendly and will help you with any questions you may have. I try to get all my tests done there if I can. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Fast and Friendly Staff
I had my first MRI today. It was such a positive experience! The front office staff was so welcoming and professional. The MRI tech, Chris, was absolutely outstanding!!!! She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. She is truly an asset to Sierra Imaging. Thank you Sierra Imaging for making my first, and hopefully only, MRI such a good experience!
