The staff here were wonderful! Staff was able to build a meaningful connection with my son and get through his walls. By the end of his program he had gained healthy coping and communication skills and has made a complete turn around at home and in school. We couldn’t have done it without Sierra Health and Wellness. I can’t thank you all enough.

Their team is amazing. Not only are they well credentialed, they are fun, personable, and have an attractive energy which teens require to engage meaningfully in clinical material which can sometimes seem dry. It's been a pleasure to collaborate with their team-we've creatively overcome dozens of challenges together and helped dozens of parents.

The adolescent center has been such a huge help for my teen. The staff is caring and experienced. My child looked forward to attending and worked through depression/anxiety. The therapists and psychiatrists tackle all the stress of being a teen these days in a fun and collaborative way. There is group, individual and family counseling. The facility is new, clean and has lots of tech and activities for teens. I would highly recommend Sierra to any parent looking for extra mental health support for their teen.

Sierra Health and Wellness is a stand out provider in the greater Sacramento area. They are dedicated to providing adolescents with the care they need, and Michele C in outreach goes above and beyond to compassionately guide families through the often stressful process of finding quality care.
