Love the people who work here. I've bought a couple of birds from them in the past and the staff have been really helpful and supportive. Even now I can call them up with questions and they are there to help.
I love your saltwater selection. Your staff has gone above and beyond to help with anything I need and helped me find the best products for any situation. My only issue is that you do not allow your customers to use the restroom. I spend a large amount of money there at any given time and for me to almost have an accident while I am shopping because I am not allowed to use the restroom is beyond absurd. Love your store though.

What animals are you talking about that are so sick and uncomfortable. There is no animals that are kept in conditions that will make them sick or uncomfortable. Being a retail store we can not keep all animals in separate habitats as something be would in there own home. If you can give me an example of the conditions your are talking about rest assure we will make sure that the habitat is cleaned like it is every day
Super friendly staff! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Enjoy going in and playing with the rabbits and guinea pigs. They will even take the reptiles out and let you hold the snakes and lizards. I buy my guinea pigs pellets and hay here. Other stores don't carry the kind he eats.
