RecommendedI 100% recommend this store. Its the only pet store I support. I always bring my cockatiel in to get her broken blood feathers pulled and they are always so gentle and knowledgeable. I also recently bought another cockatiel and brought it to the vet and she was in perfect health. Only store I will ever buy my animals at!

I’d be remiss if I didn’t let the staff at sierras know how much I appreciate their service and support. I’ve had my 105 gallon cleair for about 4 months, and there have been some challenges. Dorris, Jonas, Nick, Milton and others have always been super helpful in trying to make my tank successful. They don’t try to sell me products I don’t need, and they always spend the time needed to share with me all the info they have in order to give me the best chance at success. Just wanted to let them know I appreciate it.

I recently got a pet rat from sierra fish and pets and I absolutely adore him. � I couldn't have asked for better customer service either! Amazing and friendly people there!
I received I geckos as a gift. Last night I learned it came from this store when Alexis messaged me about a complaint that was made by the gift giver. I explained that I noticed his tail had shed stuck on it. I gently helped remove the shed however, I was too late his tail went necrotic. When asked how she intended to rectify the situation she informed me that she was not the manager so she could not help me. She said I could donate the gecko back to the store without a refund. I love this place so much, they always give us the best care and make sure we are welcome. I have gotten 50% of my reptiles from them and i have never had one complaint... They make sure you understand the care and requirements for each pet. Thank you to Alexis, Matt, Nik, and Ariel for all your hard work to make sure that your pets are well taken care of.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Leah(Aquarium Manager) has been kind(and patient!) with all the questions about putting together my aquarium. She definitely knows a wealth of helpful advice!
