Wonderful family store. Staff are all super helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. Prices are better than Petco/PetSmart 95% of the time AND you're supporting a local shop. I'm here for it!!

I have to say I used to love coming in and looking at everything, my families favorite has always been reptiles. Today we went in and saw two baby red tail Boas (almost positive that's what they were) and the first thing I noticed was how skinny they were and they were both in partial shed :( You guys used to take time out to hold the reptiles and get them used to being held but it doesn't look like you're doing that anymore.

That both the snakes were having a bit of a "rough shed" that happens time to time with snakes due to humidity levels. What will happen when they shed like this the scales do not come off Whole instead they come off piece by piece which in turn means that all the scales will remain contracted and give the snake a crusty more emaciated look.
