Horrible customer service! called because they sold me a product that had expired and poisoned my tank water. my fish started slowly to die, couldn't breath. Called and a man named Bruce answered the call. He said he was the manager. He insulted me on the phone, a he showed no empathy for the dying fish and made fun of me, he was also helpless.
I purchased my first saltwater aquarium at the old Issaquah location. Since it was near my office at the time I went by multiple times a week and learned so much about the hobby from Doris and Toni. I don't make it down to the Renton store nearly as often but I make it a point to stop in when I'm in the area. I just picked up a Radiant wrasse today that is gorgeous and will make a great addition to my tank! Doris and Toni were working today and it was great to catch up with them.
My daughter bought a hamster there on Saturday and took it back on Sunday to exchange it and this lady Delores criticized her and belittled her in the store and made her cry for wanting to exchange the hamster. We have bought over 20 animals there including a dog that cost about $1,000. She has always insisted on getting her animals here but after today when she walked out still crying, she said she never wanted to go back to this store again.
