Terrible patient services. Unprofessional and uncaring.
Great facility, Dr Topo is awesome! Dr Topo takes his time and goes over everything with you. I have been coming here since late 2016 and I couldn’t ask for a better Dr to see. He listens, takes advice, gives advice and always gives me the option on how I want to handle the issues we talk about. I usually go with what he says cause he’s the Dr and knows best. Patient Portal has never successfully sent a medical concern to my practitioner. In fact they compile multiple unanswered requests and add them up to a form of manipulation, when a yes or no would have been sufficient. Medical Staff has on two occasions not supported prescriptions written by Jeff Topo, who appears to be completely competent. Pharmacy notified me that "James" requested any prescription written by Topo to be shredded and also stated that I had been dropped as a patient. What?!? Not only do I have a standing ap... read more
I have been visiting Sierra Doctors for over 30 years, from high school physicals to broken bones and everything in between. The staff and doctors at Sierra Doctors are top notch and I would recommend anyone in or around the foothills visit here first.
