UPDATE: After posting this, they called me and refunded most of my money, explaining that school physicals are in fact, much less than what I was charged. I am really grateful they took the time to address my complaints and make it right. Thank you! Just came in for a quick school physical. I waited a ridiculous amount of time, both in the waiting room and in the exam room (my appt was 9 am, so there shouldn't have been much backup yet at that point), and they charged me $200, which I thought was pretty outrageous considerin... read more

Our appointment today was handled very well. Theyre doing great with the covid precautions and the doctor was great! This was a new appt for someone who had never been there before and we are considering switching to them full time if possible.

Everyone was amazing!! So helpful with my broken ankle
We are new to Sierra Doctors. Our previous pediatrician was in Grass Valley and we were looking for somewhere more local. I made our first appointment for my 6 year old son to get his yearly Wellness exam with Dr. Rutherford. I had a very warm connection with her and my son was comfortable. She asked good questions and gave him a thorough exam. I was very pleased. I've given this place 3 chances- they'll get you in and take your money but actual treatment is a joke. They do not listen, have or check past records -Literally said " I only have 10 minutes for this exam" Zero compassion- obviously in it for the money. The last time I called for a prescription refill I took over a month to get a call back. If you have another option, I highly recommend taking it.
I like this place. The Doctor Jeff awesome. Went over everything with me. The ladies there are nice and I get seen fast. I do notice no bell to get someone to attend to patients. As signing in is good. Just a suggestion. A bell on the door would help. The guy with the beard nice and dark hair lady and blonde hair lady. Very nice. Thank you !! I highly recommended!
Probably the worst office in the area.
