We recently had a terrible experience with Fernando Contreras. He was extremely difficult to get a hold of, he did not provide documents on “legal “ forms for us as sellers to review, and he provided a great disservice to his buyers he was representing by not providing them all information. It got so bad we had to get an ombudsman involved and put legal representation on stand by because of the lack of response from him. I was in the market for a house, Fernando is very polite and knowledgeable person. I have very little experience with buying homes but he knew the exact things I wanted from a house. I’m satisfied and happy in my new home thank you Fernando. Definitely will be coming back for future home purchases.
It's obvious that this office is not interested in selling houses or giving their sellers proper representation. I have inquired twice this week on a house that has been on the market for 45 days and it appears to be empty...... So I am sure the sellers are wanting to get it sold and they have NO IDEA that any one is even making inquiries on it.... I would not run my business like this and I most definitely would not want this agent representing me....
