My air conditioner drained water into my bathroom walls for 2 days all they did was cover it up with tape. My apartment was infested with black mold and fungus coming from a rat infestation in the attic. It's nice to have clear skin and be able to breathe again. Look around you'll see people walking around with masks and heat oxygen machines running. They sent me a $2500 Bill to "stretch my carpet and clean my apartment". todos los niños de otros vecindarios están de vuelta en la piscina gritando, estuvo tranquilo durante 2 semanas cuando se fueron porque la gerencia los echó, pero están de vuelta, este lugar ha vuelto a ser un gueto de la sección 8. No hay cortesía para los vecinos, se te permite traer como 2 visitantes a la piscina, no sabes, una familia ruidosa. ¡Es mejor tener una piscina cerrada porque otras personas que no viven aquí abusan de las reglas y vuelven locos a los otros vecinos!
No usa la piscina. Otro niño que no vive aquí metió 30 en la piscina. Quien no vive aquí, el gerente es demasiado vago para preocuparse. Yo vivo aquí y no puedo llevar a mi familia a la piscina. Otros que no viven aquí gritan en la piscina todos los días. Es triste. Pago por una propiedad que no uso.
Vivo a seis apartamentos de la piscina y oigo a niños gritando de 17:00 a 20:00 todos los días. Miro y veo a 25 niños gritando en la piscina que ni siquiera viven aquí. Llevo solo un año viviendo aquí, pero no puedo llevar a mi familia a la piscina porque al administrador no le importa que todos sean distribuidos por el nuevo inquilino que trae a la piscina a toda su familia, que ni siquiera vive aquí. Pago alquiler para que otros usen la piscina, pero no puedo llevar la casa. Son ruidosos y no les importa el vecino.
I wish I can pick and go sometimes but I don’t have money like that. Or I would be gone. I am a single mother trying to make it . But my apartment is infested with roaches and now I feel violated washing my clothing .
