I arrived on time but a customer came after me and she saw them first also when I arrived it seems she didn't check for my appointment to know that it was scheduled, neither less to say I left without receiving service Good customer service is important and she missed the mark
Not welcoming for new customers. Their availability is very limited, and they cancelled my appointment on the day of the appointment without offering me another date.
My hair cutter at this place is Samantha Saunders. She is outstanding and reasonably priced.
PATRICIA help my sore ache body with her awesome massage!! Snap crackled a couple of sore spots and sent me to Cloud 9. THANK YOU!!
The environment was great. My stylist Robyn was very knowledgeable and friendly which made the whole experience pleasant, will definitely return.
