Made an appointment to see an apartment and showed up 10 minutes early. Not one but TWO of the employees at the leasing office saw me and didn’t acknowledge me at all. We made eye contact several times and I attempted to get help but was ignored. The last young lady there just started locking up the office and started to give a tour to someone who showed up 2 minutes before me (no exaggeration) without an appointment. Edit: Forgot to mention the huge problem of COCKROACHES that infested the apartment building next to me on the property. They were coming out of light sockets, ceiling vents, lighting, etc. They are the HUGE Japanese type (like 2 inches long). A few residents in that building moved out after pest control failed to "pest control" Is NO STARS possible??? They raise your rent 8-10% annually, several additional "fees" are added to your rent, office staff is there to throw parties to cover up their need to get hammered on the bos... read more
