No hot water in the winter, roaches the size of a rat, rats, shootings and theft, incompetent office staff. Do not move here.
Needs Administration Changes, Improve Maintenance by getting qualified personnel and giving them the proper tools to do their job.
My boyfriend rents a 1br 1bath here and this is the third time within 25 days of living here that his A/C reads 75-80 degrees. All they do to temporarily fix the problem is add freon to the unit. I do NOT recommend The Plaza on Westheimer as the office and maintenance doesn't know how to do their job correctly.
They take forever to come out to fix things,the air was off for three weeks!,The ladies in the office are so rude especially the manager.

This place sucks! There's black mold through out this place! I've asked for it to be taken cared of& they told me that they have to see if an air duct cleaning was in their budget cause they are only allotted so much within their budget! My kid's asthma has flared up and nothing is being done! Bedbugs are crucial even when you bomb every month and having to wash every single clothes that you have in the house is time consuming and financially draining!
