Minus our rowdy neighbors who essentially hot boxed our room at 1am, everything was great. Really nice hotel amenities and dining. Close to all the action downtown.
Have to say everything about this place is absolutely amazing the way the staff is so lively and helpful willing to go out of their way to make sure things are perfect or the atmosphere in the beds were just amazing the best sleep I've had in a long time
Nice rooms. Easily the best business hotel in Reno. Some minor "start up" issues on my stay, but overall really good. I go to Reno 1-2 times per month on business, and I'll stay here for sure.
I stayed here just as The Renaissance was taking over the Siena Hotel. All of the rooms were clean, new and recently renovated to reflect the culture of this hotel. All of the staff have gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable, safe and accommodated during my night here. Prior to my stay, I was given a tour of some of the show-rooms they had available for guests to see. I was blown away. This place is amazing, clean, classy and the owner is such a great guy!!
Many details remain unfinished. Not really Renaissance quality in my opinion. Staff seems dazed and confused. Will stay elsewhere next time.
This is going to be a fun place to hang out! Bocce ball, smoke free, family and pet friendly, and beautiful inside. Frente was a great dinner right on the river. I'll be back with friends!
