Clean rooms, good location and best of all - very helpful staff. Enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this place. P.S. food was awesome as well but they are very strict with their timings. So eat up while u can 👍

Place is really clean and nice, the employees are overly friendly and the food and drinks are on point.
One of the better hotels that I have stayed at. Ambience is awesome, food was great, and everyone there was very nice and went above and beyond to make sure you always had what you need. Internet tv in the room was a nice touch. This will be my new hotel to stay at in Reno moving forward when I travel here for work. Only negative - the shower situation. I don’t mind the design but the shower leaks constantly as a result of a gaping gap between the sliding door and the fixed glass wall as well as a hole in the glass to turn t... read more
