Their website doesn’t even work, has domain registration errors. Apparently Dr. Chu has moved to California despite still being listed in their automated office voicemail/answering system, and listed on UHC portal as accepting new patients. Individual on the phone was rude as if it’s my fault their office and practice management is incompetent. Prime example of what people talk about when discussing how much of a joke healthcare in Las Vegas is.
My grandparents usually come here for visits, from my experience from the appointment route vs the walk in route, they process appointments must faster than the walk ins, I was literally taking them to get their blood drawn, 3 people were ahead of me, and it took about 2 hours to be processed, the staff seemed exceptionally unprofessional giving no update on the wait times, my review is backed by a bachelors degree in public health and this is my experience with this facility.
1. Save everyone some time and update your website to say that you are not accepting any new patients. 2. Based on your medical networking, have some suggestions on other primary care physicians that are accepting new patients.
Dr. Jenny Ha is great . Very caring and has always answered all my questions and made me feel very well taken care of . The front staff is also very fast and caring
The facility looks clean and neat with a spacious sitting area. Be informed you need to bring and wear your own mask. They do not provide one and this can be an issue because there is not a place close by to purchase one. I see this as a disadvantage considering that many medical facilities provide a mask for their patients (a box of masks is no a big investment these days) Kaira (maybe Karen) at front desk and Briny(Brittny) at check out are helpful but no too friendly.
