I've been comming here for almost 10 years. My doctor, Jenny Chia MD is awesome! Always takes as much time with me as I need. The facility is super clean and in a great location. Also, the staff is always very nice and professional. They have all of the latest technology and practices available.
Love Dr. Gong. Went in for a prescription refill and he was very thorough and took his time to explain my options and concerns. The staff was all very kind and professional as well. Highly recommend Dr Gong and this clinic.
Dr. Gong had been my primary care 25+ years. I wouldn’t want any other doctor. After I see him I always feel like I’ve just visited with a friend.
Their website doesn’t even work, has domain registration errors. Apparently Dr. Chu has moved to California despite still being listed in their automated office voicemail/answering system, and listed on UHC portal as accepting new patients. Individual on the phone was rude as if it’s my fault their office and practice management is incompetent. Prime example of what people talk about when discussing how much of a joke healthcare in Las Vegas is.
My grandparents usually come here for visits, from my experience from the appointment route vs the walk in route, they process appointments must faster than the walk ins, I was literally taking them to get their blood drawn, 3 people were ahead of me, and it took about 2 hours to be processed, the staff seemed exceptionally unprofessional giving no update on the wait times, my review is backed by a bachelors degree in public health and this is my experience with this facility.
