The problem with Siemens as a company is you will have to spend at least 10-20 phone calls to try and get someone to return a call. You can expect to get transferred at least 10 times trying to get a 50 dollar part. I tell all my clients never to use Siemens products their customer service is a couple of steps below Comcast cable.
