I have my dear processed there. I had it made into some jalapeno cheese summer sausage. Literally one of the best things I've ever eaten in my entire life. It's addictive. Siegi's is amazing!

Siegi's is one of my favorite restaurants in Tulsa. I always order the brat sliders with a side of cucumber dill salad for my meal, it's delicious. Everything my husband and I have tried has tasted great. Our daughter loves the spaetzle and it's very similar to what my grandma made me growing up. We tried dessert for the first time and the pretzel bread pudding is scrumptious.
LOVE Siegi's! They were VERY shorthanded tonight (an hour wait), but worth the wait. Tanya S. was our server. By her positive attitude, you would never know how shorthanded they really were. It was VERY busy tonight with only 3 servers (that we saw) serving a full dining room. Tanya was personable and even took the time to make some great recommendations.
