My wife and I went as new patients to the Orchard Park office for our annual checkup. The exam went well with the optometrist, but at checkout we were charged $80.00 for copies of the two prescriptions. We were never told about this ridiculous charge beforehand.
Excellent ! He did my surgery . I just seen Dr Whitman and very pleased with her .
Terrible practice for the patient. Prior to surgery they set up an appointment to answer questions but when you ask questions, they will not answer them because they don’t want to get blamed for your decision. You also have to sign paperwork that if anything goes wrong they are not responsible if you have a problem with your eyes after surgery, they will not schedule an appointment for you with Dr. Siedlecki, they’ll tell you to go and see your optometrist. My eyesight now is worse than before I had cataract surgery.

I chose Dr. Siedlecki to perform cataract surgery on both eyes based upon previous reviews and research. His staff was quite thorough and professional, and appointments were conducted in a timely manner. Surgery went quickly and with no appreciable discomfort. Post-operative care was explained clearly and went as expected. I am completely satisfied with the outcome which was as anticipated. Distance vision is 20/20 and I use readers for close and computer work.
Wonderful experience. The Dr and staff are friendly, professional and kind. Could not be happier with the outcome of my cataract and laser surgery!!
I have recommended Dr Siedlecki to many people. He always answers questions so you understand. He is a doctor who makes you feel comfortable which helps when you are nervous. I had cataract surgery on both eyes 20 years ago and I am glad he was my surgeon.
I highly recommend Dr. Siedlecki. My only suggestion is that his staff at the surgery center refrain from calling the patients “sweetheart”, “honey”, and“sweetie”,. It’s demeaning, as a competent adult, to be referred to in therms that should be reserved for young children. Just a suggestion...
