I was extremely impressed with the manner in which all staff conducted themselves. From the person who first answered the phone to establish my appointment, follow up inquiries I had to verify the office had received other medical documentation, and my actual visit with the doctor, everyone was kind and helpful. During the appointment I was told all that would occur and the doctor shared what his findings were.
Dr. Seibert performed my cataract surgical procedure. His pre-op and post-op exams were extensive and thorough. He communicated extremely well, and answered all questions in detail and in a way that was easily understood.
Dr. Seibert is a very good doctor, very thorough and explains everything very well, like what kinds or lenses he would prescribe. My wife and I were very pleased with him and will definitely recommend!
Very professional and caring doctor. Came in to have a cataract surgery. Before surgery also found a way to help out with my glaucoma during my cataract surgery. I highly recommend Verdier Eye Center and Dr. Siebert if have any eye surgery needs.
I felt very comfortable talking to the Dr Siebert. He answer all my questions and concerns.
Dr. Seibert was excellent! He explained things and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire exam. I would recommend him to anyone. I'd give 10 stars if I could.
My regular eye doctor was puzzled about some of my test results and referred to Dr. Siebert. I had to wait in the office a bit longer than I would of liked, but I haven't met a health care provider yet that has been been on time. As far as the visit went, if there is a test that he did not do, I would be very surprised. In the end, he had suggestions, and I will proceed to the next step with him. Everyone I encountered that day was very professional and kind.
Wonderful guy and a wonderful office staff that cares!! Keep up the excellent work
