I had a lumbar laminectomy and fusion done by Dr. Sidhu on 2-2-22 and I feel great. Everything from my first appointment to the day of surgery went quick and smooth. I've only met with Dr. Sidhu 3 times total, and I highly recommend him.
Dr. Sidhu is a great surgeon. I was dealing with siatica and leg pain from a herniated disc. I had a microdisceptomy surgery and felt immediate relief in the same day of the surgery. This was almost 3 weeks ago. Dr. Sidhu and his staff are wonderful and I highly recommend Dr. Sidhu as a Surgeon. Thank you very much for helping me get my life back together.!
Dr. Sidhu and the St. Clair Ortho team was fantastic on each visit and as they guided me to and performed surgery on my back to correct a compression fracture. I am much better thanks to their help and excellent work.
I suffered with neck pain and numbness for years. It was so severe that it was affecting my quality of life and I stopped doing the things I loved. I seen 2 physicians for a consultation after having an MRI. An orthopedic surgeon said surgery was the only option so I went to Dr. Sidhu for 2nd opinion. Dr. Sidhu performed a lumbar fusion surgery on me 3-1-2021. He was very thorough on describing the surgery and the recovery time upfront. The surgery was a complete success. I no longer have the leg pain or numbness due to the herniated disc. Dr. Sidhu did say it would take about a year of recovery/healing to return to normalcy. He was right! Recovery is slow, however the benefits are well worth it. It's been 11 months today, and I am pretty close to being at 100%. I feel great!
Dr. Sidhu is an orthopedic surgeon who spent time studying the back & neck, & operates on them, if patient is willing. I was referred to hm by another orthopedic surgeon in the same office for a "slipped disc". I was very unimpressed with his whole demeanor from the outset. He was ready to do a spinal fusion L 4-5,but didn't really see it on the MRI. I went to a Neurosurgeon at a different facility. He said that he didn't see enough to warrant spinal fusion. Best thing I ever did seeing Dr.Sidhu....Horrible sciatic pain and he cured it! Couldn't be happier! I can walk again!
He was very thorough diagnosing my serious issues. He told me that my surgery couldn’t wait even though he was booked ahead 2 months. My surgery was done two weeks later and I’m well on my way to recovery. I highly recommend him for spinal surgery.
