Being denied your asthma rescue inhalers as a means to see a patient sooner via appointment, even though appointment was made just "not soon enough" is not appropriate. Sure, I'll admit, I can be hard to get a hold of. But how much harder is it to contact a Patient if they died of an asthma attack?
