As the name suggests....we are known for our Braveheart Angus beef patties. We use a 73/27 fresh chuck patty. It's seasoned and then baked to perfection in our convection ovens to ensure a juicy, flavorful, and fresh cooked patty. We prefer single or double 4oz patties to serve up a great burger in a timely manner. Absolutely stellar experience at the OB pizza Co. Chef was incredibly gracious with me and my sons, including showing us the kitchen and letting us sample a pizza he had made, just for fun. It was OUTSTANDING!! When this all ends, this is THE FIRST PLACE WE WILL GO.
